Housekeepers-
The Beachwood Resort is looking for good housekeepers who are willing to work full-time in the summer and part-time (or on-call) in the winter. They must be reliable and punctual and able to complete the following tasks:

Clean full condos (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room) based on instructions per day.

Wash, dry, fold, and organize the laundry.
-
Organize and keep the laundry room- and other employee areas- clean at all time.
Requirements:
-
Must be willing to work on-call at all times- willing to work part or full time.

Must be able to clean well and thoroughly.
-
Must be able to carry 30 lbs or more.
-
Able to work well with a team.
-
Reliable and honest, must be hard working.
Education:
-
GED or High School Diploma is required.
Background and Age:
-
Must be 18 or older.

Must have a clean background.

Must be able to work in the United States.
Landscapers-
The Beachwood Resort is looking for good landscapers who are willing to work full-time in the summer and part-time (or on-call) in the winter. They must be reliable and punctual and able to complete the following tasks:

Remove weeds from all flower beds and on the main pathways.
-
Prepare and make outdoor attractions and designs, such as a BBQ area or a Picnic area.
-
Organize and keep the outdoors clean along with their tool-shed and storage room.
Requirements:
-
Must be willing to work on-call at all times- willing to work part or full time.
-
Must be able to do labor intensive work- like chopping wood, operating a lawn mower, or lifting and moving large amounts of bricks in a wheelbarrow.

Must be able to work in cold, warm, and possibly rainy conditions.
-
Must be able to carry 30 lbs or more.
-
Able to work well with a team.
Education:

GED or High School Diploma is required.
Background and Age:

Must be 18 or older.

Must have a clean background.

Must be able to work in the United States.
Maintenance-
The Beachwood Resort is looking for good maintenance people who are willing to work full-time in the summer and part-time (or on-call) in the winter. They must be reliable and punctual and able to complete the following tasks:

Maintain all plumbing and electric facilities to peek productions, such as: toilets, showers, stoves, lighting, hot-tub, pool, etc.

Paint and update all condos.
-
Prepare and make outdoor attractions and designs, such as a BBQ area or a Picnic area.
-
Organize and keep their work-space clean along with their tool-shed and storage room.
Requirements:
-
Must be willing to work on-call at all times- willing to work part or full time.

Must be able to do labor intensive work- like lifting new toilets, removing old stoves and installing new ones, or lifting objects over 30lbs.
-
Must be able to work in cold, warm, and possibly rainy conditions.
-
Able to work well with a team.
Education:

GED or High School Diploma is required.
Background and Age:

Must be 18 or older.

Must be able to work in the United States.
Front Desk-
The Beachwood Resort is looking for good front desk clerks to work part-time (on call). They must be reliable and punctual and able to complete the following tasks:

Check-in and check-out all guests.
-
Make new reservations.
-
Can handle money transactions.
-
Handle requests from guests (extra towels or toilet paper, extend their stay, etc).
-
Has open availability to work, for at least two days or more out of the week- schedule will be worked out with current Property Manager.
Requirements:
-
Must be willing to work on-call at all times- willing to work part-time.

Must be able to easily learn and understand the Cloudbeds reservation system.
-
Must have good Customer Service and respectful demeanor.
-
Must be able to carry 20 lbs.
-
Able to work well with a team.
Education:

GED or High School Diploma is required.
